• I have the right to decline the commission
• My work is digital only, and there will not be any shipping of goods.
• All work is under non-commercial use (1) without a contract. Commercial use work must be decided ahead of time and a contract must be signed.(1) Reproductions or alterations of the artwork or any stages throughout for monetary purposes such as, but not exclusive to, merchandise, NFTs, blockchain, AI work or AI data training or resale are NOT PERMITTED. Violation of this will lead to a permanent blacklist for any future work, and loss of rights to the artwork. Possible legal action to follow at the customer's expense.The artist, D_letion, not the customer, retains copyright of the final artwork unless otherwise agreed in signed and dated contract.Payment
• Invoices are sent via Paypal and must be paid upfront before work begins.
• Payment plans are provided on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed .
• Only partial refunds are available if work has not completed.
• Major changes and additional characters, animals, backgrounds, details are subject to extra fees.
• NSFW is available upon request, but age verification must be completed beforehand. You must be 18 or older to purchase nsfw commissions.(2)(2) You may be asked to provide verification of age, such as making your twitter DOB visible, or other such means of verification. If you cannot provide, your request for nsfw commissions will be denied.
